Return & Exchange Policy

This return policy applies to the following country: Germany.

Our return period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period has expired, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order if you received defective or damaged items, if you received the wrong size or color, if the item does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Please send an email to info@maison-femina.com to request a return form.

Complete the form and include it with your return shipment.

Send the package to the address we provide. Please use a shipping service with tracking.

Once we receive the goods, we will issue your refund within 5 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This applies in particular to returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing.

Since the sender is responsible for the return shipment, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (e.g., UPS) to ensure the package arrives safely.

Exception: If your item was damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, we will of course cover all return shipping costs. In this case, our customer service team will gladly assist you and provide the necessary information.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund within 7 days and issue the amount back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Returns After the Deadline

Items returned after the 30-day return period may be refused or only partially refunded.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour after placing the order to do so.

After this period, cancellations can no longer be processed, as order processing and shipping may have already begun.

After the one-hour period has expired, you may arrange a return in accordance with our return policy if necessary.
